y career interest in improving work efficiency led me to patent an automated software testing tool and toward an adjunct professor role teaching Scrum project management at NYU.
After taking a D3 Visualization course as part of my Harvard degree program, I realized that I could bridge the gap between the way happy wonderful way we teach Scrum and the sad convoluted way we practice Scrum.
So in 2020, I invented See Scrum, a free Scrum project visualization and Scrum continued education tool. This editorial site aims to introduce See Scrum to the software development community in advance of my See Scrum product launch.
I encourage you to read about See Scrum on my home page and to enjoy my Scrum blog posts. Unleash and live the happy power of Scrum efficiency with See Scrum.
I develop See Scrum by night but by day, my alter ego protects the public by building software to detect stock market abuses such as insider trading and front running.
Few insider trading prosecutions end in conviction and most of those that do are initiated by a tipster, i.e., the trader is not caught by compliance departments or law enforcement. I work with big data technology and artificial intelligence to automate surveillance to detect suspicious behavior patterns early and without a tipster.
Of course Scrum is my most powerful weapon in the fight against insider trading crime. I use Scrum to measure sprint velocity, reflect upon on my product and keep incrementally improving it.
Papa, Skip the boring part and tell how you like to measure everything and weigh your food.

ell executed Scrum produces product predictably, facilitating a good work life balance. I take advantage spending most weekend mornings at the beach playing with my wife and kids.
After the beach, we like to grill lunch and dinner, especially pineapple, clams, and lamb chops.
Come dusk, I chainsaw a log and we head back to the beach for a bonfire and marshmallows. My wife likes strawberry flavored marshmallows in her s’mores and my daughter likes candy cane whereas I prefer plain. My son likes cinnamon best which I cannot stomach and makes me question just how related we really are.
